Acceptance
By using Employd you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
What Employd is
Employd is a free tool that helps you track internship, placement and graduate opportunities and your own applications across firms. It brings together publicly available information about openings and lets you organise your watchlist in one place.
Employd is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the firms listed on it.
The information is best-effort
Opening dates, deadlines, application links and role statuses are gathered automatically and from community contributions. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Always confirm the details on the employer's official careers site before relying on them — for example, before assuming a role is still open or a deadline has not passed. We are not responsible for opportunities missed as a result of relying on the information shown.
Your account
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. The information you provide should be accurate and your own.
Acceptable use
Please use Employd fairly. You must not:
- disrupt, overload, scrape or attempt to break the service or its security;
- submit false, misleading or abusive content, or content you do not have the right to share;
- use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to harass others.
Community submissions
Roles you submit or report may be reviewed and published on the board. By submitting, you grant us permission to display that information to other users. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
Bring-your-own-AI
The "Personalise" feature produces a prompt for you to use, at your discretion, with a third-party AI tool. We do not control and are not responsible for that tool, its output, or how it handles anything you choose to paste into it.
Intellectual property
The Employd name, design and software are ours. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. Company names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or its data (including missed deadlines or opportunities). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using Employd and delete your account at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these Terms.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
